Hi
Wie viele Styles müßte ich in der Stylepicker Anzahl sehen, wenn ich alles vom Ultrapak 2023 installiert habe?
Und was ist mit Styles, die BIAB in andere Unterverzeichnisse installiert, als das Styles Verzeichnis?
Wie kann man die im Stylepicker mit anzeigen?

Hallo Thomas,
die genaue Anzahle an Styles des Ultrapaks 23kann dir wahrscheinlich nur der Support nennen, es werden ja auch einige Styles noch installiert mit Bonus-Packs, wenn du dein BiaB mit dem aktuellen Angebot erworben hast.
Alle Styles liegen nach meinem Wissen (anders als bei Song-Dateien oder RealTracks) stets im Programmunterverzeichnis \bb\styles und in dort enthaltenen Unterverzeichnisssen. Bei einer regulären Installation werden Styles stets dorthin kopiert, nirgendwoanders hin.
Es gibt auch keine Option, für .STY-Dateien ein anderes Verzeichnis in den Voreinstellungen anzuwählen.
Aber ich kann mich irren: Wo findest du denn noch *.sty-Dateien?

Hallo Brille
Ich wollte eigene Styles auf einem NAS speichern.
Unterverzeichnisse in bb/styles werden auch mit durchsucht, wenn ich Dich richtig verstehe?
Ich habe ca. 7100 Styles. Im Ultrapack sind dann wohl auch nicht ALLE Styles enthalten.
(Stand irgendwo in der Werbung)
Ich hoffe, ich habe alles erwischt, was man runterladen konnte.
Nebenbei: Gibt es irgendwo Styles, die mehr europäisch/deutsch angehaucht sind: Top 40 oder Schlager oder Entertainer Musik?

Hi, Bei einem Rebuild der Styles im StylePicker werden bei mir 7625 gezählt. Ich habe ausschließlich PGMusic Styles hier, keine externen Styles. 705 Styles sind in Unterverzeichnissen des Ordners ..BB\Songs and Lessons\ abgelegt. 36 Styles sind in Unterverzeichnissen des Ordners ..BB\Demos\ abgelegt. 12 Styles sind in Unterverzeichnissen des Ordners ..BB\Documentation\Tutorials abgelegt. Insgesamt listet der Datei Explorer im ..BB\Styles\ Verzeichnis 7962 Styles - da gibt es eine ungeklärte Diskrepanz zur Anzahl der Styles, die im StylePicker gelistet sind. Die Diskrepanz wird größer, wenn ich das gesamte Verzeichnis BB\ mit Unterverzeichnissen durchsuche -> 8715 Styles - viele davon sind eigenartigerweise nicht mittels des StylePickers erreichbar.

Das hat mich interessiert und ich habe nachgesehen, bei mir sind es insgesamt über 10.000 Styles, einige sind doppelt. So liegt bei mir z.B. J_WYNT_K.STY sowohl in \Styles als auch in \Demos\Soloist Demos\SOL3JAZZ als auch in Songs und Lessons\101 Riffs - Jazz Guitar Phrases, allerdings in zwei verschiedenen Dateigrößen (15,9 KB und 20,5 KB) und auch mit verschiedenem Datum. Einen vollständigen Überblick über alle aktuell mti 2023 Ultrapak ausgelieferten Styles (ohne Doppelungen) bekommt man wohl wirklich nicht ganz einfach, auch weil neue Programm-Versionen neue Styles zu bereits vorhanden hinzufügt. Wäre mal eine interessante Frage an den Support, auch wie man alle Styles im Stylepicker angezeigt bekommt.

Handy flash drive tip: Always try plugging in a USB device the wrong way first?
