I would like know how to retrieve your account when you don’t know your username or email you used to sign up on the forum. I have to use my second account because I fogot my username and email to login to my main account.
If you are having trouble logging into a forum account, step one is to click the "Forgot Password" option and enter your login name or email (if you know it).
If you aren't sure what email you used, try the various emails you've had over the years. If you get a "password reset" email sent to one of those accounts - you'll be able to log back in using that new password.
If you no longer have access to an old email account and don't remember your log in information, you'd need to email our Customer Service department at sales@pgmusic.com with your contact information so we can have our forum moderator search for you in our database.
Just curious, how does this thread have a minus-one number of replies? Now that I've added a second comment, the reply count has climbed to zero. Obviously, this isn't important here, but I wonder if it's a system-wide glitch?
Chances are some SPAM has been removed. The SPAMMERs seem to like posting during holidays when forum support may not be as agile as they normally are.
