LOL...it's like going fishing. Catching fish is fun! Bashing around in the ocean looking for them is arduous work.

I find the whole subject of artificially assisted construction of music and other art to be fascinating.

Listening to people on this site and other sites, I am impressed with what has been done so far.

This technology has significant perceived value based on the millions of dollars invested.

There will always be certain people who will use technology for illegal, fraudulent, and nefarious reasons. Therein lies some of the downside.

There are serious issues regarding the truthful presentation of what something is. Deep fakes exist. The proliferation of media specifically designed to be untrue to promote an agenda is a serious problem.

As these technologies develop, it will be more difficult to tell what is real. Software is currently under development to address this issue.

BIAB is getting pretty good at sounding completely "real." If you did not know that BIAB existed, it would be easy to assume that it was a group of live musicians playing. Live musicians may generate real tracks, but the resulting music is electronically generated.

P G Music has tried its best not to infringe on artists copyrighted work. AI is using everything it can find to produce what it does without much regard for the copyrighted work of others.
