初めての投稿です。よろしくお願いします。
昨日、日本語版 18 for Mac EverythingPAKには入っていないRealPAK:Country4を購入してインストール。ところが、追加されたはずのCountry4に属するスタイルやトラックがスタイルピックウィンドウにもリアルトラックピックウィンドウにも一切表示されず、まったく利用できません。Band-in-a-Boxフォルダ配下のRealTracksフォルダには、新しいオーディオファイルの入ったサブフォルダが追加されていることは確認しました。
どうすればPGサイトで購入したRealTracksを日本語版Band-in-a-Boxで使えるようにできるのか、ご存知でしたら是非ともお教え下さいませ。

日本語版バージョン18 は、リアルトラックセット82 まで（リアルトラックスタイルNo.994まで）に対応できるようになっています。これ以降のリアルトラックを使用するには次のバージョンが必要なのですが、現バージョンでもご利用いただけるよう「追加リアルトラック用アップデータ」を用意させていただきました。
アップデータをこちらからダウンロードしてください。http://64.40.99.154/pgfiles/intl/efrontier/bb18JMac_for_RT_addon.zip
インストール後、Band-in-a-Box を起動し、リアルトラックピックウィンドウを開くと、新しく入手されたリアルトラックが表示され、ご利用可能となります。（リアルトラック情報やアーティスト情報は表示されません。これらの表示を可能にするファイルは開発中です。次のバージョンでのみ入手可能となります。ご了承ください。）
また、追加購入されたリアルトラックに伴うスタイルをスタイルピックウィドウで表示する為には、スタイルピックウィンドウを開き、【リスト更新】ボタンをクリックしてください。

素早い対応にただただ感謝です。
アップデータ、早速使わせていただきました。当然と云えば当然かもしれませんが、購入したRealPAK:Country4がピックウィンドウに出現！ 見事に利用可能となりました。感激してます。
ちなみに、RealPAK:Country4購入前に、この件でイーフロンティア社ユーザーサポートに問い合わせていたのですが、一昨日になってようやく、以下の回答をもらっています。
スタイル名は英語のみの表記となり、また弊社でのサポート対象外とな
りますが、日本語版の「Band-in-a-Box 18」にて、本国PGMusic社より
購入した「RealTrackSets」や「Add-ons RealPAK」などのリアルトラッ
クをご利用いただくことは可能です。通常、「アプリケーションフォル
ダ」＞「Band-in-a-Box」フォルダ＞「RealTracks」フォルダ等に購入
したファイルをコピーすれば使用可能かと存じますが、サポート対象外
となりますので、自己責任にてご利用頂きますようお願い申し上げます。
とのことでしたが、今回のアップデータ処理でスタイル名もきちんと日本語表示されるし、そもそも利用できなかった訳ですから、この回答には正直憮然たる想いです。
ともあれ、坪田様には大変感謝しています。ありがとうございました。
今後ともよろしくお願い致します。

ご丁寧なお礼、有難うございます。 ご購入いただいたリアルトラックをご利用いただけるようになって良かったです。 基本的に、日本語版のユーザーサポートは日本語版の総販売元であるイーフロンティアにお願いしてあります。 お客様の元に届いたイーフロンティアからの回答はそもそも弊社が提供したものですので間違いありません。 ただ、日本語Windows版をお使いのお客様が追加リアルトラックセットをご購入された場合、英語版のアップデータをインストールして最新ファイルを入手することによってご利用いただける（ただし、追加リアルトラックの名前や情報等は英語）のですが、Mac版は構造上、英語版のアップデータを日本語版にインストールすることはできません。リアルトラックピックウィンドウ・スタイルピックウィンドウで表示・選択する為にはちょっとした処理が必要となります。それを今回、アップデートで提供させていただいた次第です。 今後も Band-in-a-Box をご愛顧いただきますよう、お願い申し上げます。
