Hi,

I just upgraded BIAB 22 Ultra to 24 Ultra.

I assumed it would include the Artist Performance Sets 13 and 14 but in fact I have 11,12, 15 and 16

How could I get hold of the 13 and 14 sets please?

That's a very good question. According to this page, https://www.pgmusic.com/artistperf.php?os=win you are looking for Vocals Volumes 3 & 4. Volumes 15 & 16 (volumes 5 & 6) came with BIAB 2024, but it doesn't say how we would have gotten the earlier volumes.

I suggest, since it's a holiday, you use the Support tab above and give them a call or text chat tomorrow. The Sales department should know. If you can't get an answer, write back here and I'll contact the developers to ask (I'm a fellow user).

note: Artist Performance Sets 13-14 were included in the 2023 49-PAK, which is no longer available (Windows). If they become available to purchase another way (besides snagging the OmniPAK Audiophile Edition), we'll be sure to let everyone know!

This is surely a MAJOR weakness in PG Music's marketing. Why offer something, and then while it is still a commercially available product, deliberately make it unavailable? I can never understand

Maybe PG Music has so many sales that it needs to cut back to reduce its enormous sales overload?

I've reinstalled the 2024 Free Bonus PAK again and Set 16 is not showing in my BB folder.

I'm new to BIAB (just got 2024 Ultra) and am still trying to figure out why some things seem to be missing.

Artist Performance Set 16 is included in the 2024 49-PAK. This can be added to your Band-in-a-Box order for $49.
